Ryobi Wishlist

the ryobi tools wish list was originally envisioned as a short run micro-site for the 2006 holiday season. the first version of the site allowed users to build a wish list using ruby on rails and the script.aculo.us drag and drop function. customers really enjoyed the site, so it was decided that more features would be added to the application for a father’s day 2007 relaunch. the site allows users to build and print their wish lists, and registered users have the option of saving, retrieving, and emailing their wish lists to friends and family. the functionality of the wish list was rolled into a redesign of the main ryobi site that launched in 2007.
